We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after personalized digital work, physical-order processing, or shipment has begun.

RETURNS

Please contact us and wait for return instructions before sending a physical product back.

Do not return a product to an address shown on a shipping label unless we have specifically instructed you to use that address. Return eligibility and procedures are governed by our Refund Policy.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a physical product arrives damaged or incorrect, please provide:

• Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label, where available
