SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from TaoistPath. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING

Physical orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

SHIPPING ORIGIN

Physical products are fulfilled through our logistics partners and may be shipped from China.

The available destinations are shown in the country or region list during checkout. If a destination does not appear at checkout, physical-product delivery is not currently available to that destination.

SHIPPING RATES

United States:

• Orders below $100: $14 Standard Shipping
• Orders of $100 or more: Free Standard Shipping

Supported international destinations:

• Orders below $100: $19 Standard International Shipping
• Orders of $100 or more: Free Standard Shipping

The free-shipping threshold is determined by the product subtotal shown during checkout.

When an order contains both physical and digital products, the combined product subtotal counts toward the free-shipping threshold.

Digital-only orders do not incur a shipping charge.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and dispatched.

• United States: approximately 10–18 business days
• Canada: approximately 12–22 business days
• Other supported international destinations: approximately 10–25 business days

These delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, local postal services, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information will be sent after dispatch.

Tracking information may require several business days to update after the parcel has been handed to the shipping provider.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local handling fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless checkout specifically states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after order processing or dispatch has begun.

TaoistPath is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.

DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If an order appears significantly delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us with your order number and relevant photographs where applicable.

We will review the information and work with the shipping provider to determine the appropriate next step.

RETURNS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before returning a product.
