Do I need to know where to begin?
No. Start with the short personal reflection questionnaire, or explore the part of life that feels most relevant to you. You can choose a personal experience or a bracelet independently.
Can I choose a bracelet without a reading?
Yes. A reading is optional. Choose the piece whose intention feels personal to you, or explore a suggested trio and wear your favorite two together.
When will my personal delivery arrive?
Master Zhang personally reviews and completes the final layout of each personal experience before delivery. Receive yours by email within 2 business days after confirmed payment and your completed questionnaire.
Will I receive both wallpaper designs?
Yes. Both finished phone-ready designs arrive together. Keep both and choose which one to use.
Is each bracelet personally blessed?
Yes. Master Zhang personally handles and blesses each bracelet during a prayer ritual. Bracelet orders include a black Solaveli paper gift box, with one yellow talisman card and one message card per parcel. Add your wish in your bag to personalise the message.
How do I request help or a return?
Contact support@solaveli.com with your order details. We will help with your question and guide you through the next steps.
How much is shipping?
Digital-only orders have no shipping charge. Free standard shipping applies to orders of $100 or more to supported destinations. Other shipping charges are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Your order confirmation records your purchase. When your parcel is dispatched, use the tracking link in your dispatch email. For delivery help, contact us with the email used at checkout; include your order number if available.
